During the period of Japanese conquer, three young boys in a middle school of Jiangkou, Taiwan, Zhou Shaozhen, Zhuang Shigeng and Lin Qingwen were suffered from the shock of Japanese colonial authorities and they were forced to leave the campus during the kominka movement. They were trained in the tough life and they grew up. They came to realize of the nationalism consciousness gradually when they had experienced the Japanese colonial authorities imposed harsh control on the bottom of the Taiwan after war and they headed for different ways for the rush of era flood. Zhou Shaozhen was penetrated into anti-war in mainland. He was displaced from death and then he joined the Taiwan volunteer team with the assistance of the Communist Party of China to fight for the national anti-war. Zhuang Shigeng was admitted by Imperial University, but he was dispatched by the Japanese army to the war field and then he escaped from Japanese army. Lin Qingwen taught the national study in the underground of the land. He saved the seed of Chinese national traditional culture in the mainland. Japanese army was surrendered in 1945 and three people were reunited and they worked with each other to build up new Taiwai. In the process, Lin Qingwen chose to go to Xiamen to find new way of new thought. Zhou Shaozhen and Zhuang Shigeng devoted to the tide of the new democratic revolution in the island. However, there was war again and three brothers were forced to separate. Having been missed for dozens of years, they were reunited in the mainland.
