2）Selection standard

It is mainly vocal music, RAP, dance, and appearance such standard.

2. Training System of Trainees

The training system of trainee is in charge by producers and lecturers.

Having been strictly trained, all subjects would be completed in the one-year school and you would be signed as a trainee of the company officially.

     3. Debut Standard of Trainee

Having passed the training, there would be art management and enterprise planning to set the style theme of the team to have a collective training for the official debut.

     4. Management after Debut

Team studies and make decision on the future development direction and have implementation when artists debut.
